The Give Where You Live Foundation Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Zac Lewis as the next CEO of the Give Where You Live Foundation.
Zac brings over 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit and government sectors, combined with a strong passion and commitment to addressing social challenges, empowering communities, and driving meaningful change.
A proud local of the region, Zac joins the Foundation from his current role as CEO of Western Chances, where he has led efforts to empower young people in Melbourne’s West and Geelong to overcome barriers and achieve their potential through educational scholarships, paid Internships and connection to life-changing opportunities.
Previously, he served as Food Program and Partnerships Manager at Foodbank Victoria, where he oversaw the organisation’s community food programs, leading teams focused on community development, food supply, and school program delivery.
“I am thrilled to join the Give Where You Live Foundation, an organisation which for 70 years has strived to create a fairer and more inclusive G21 Region. I can’t wait to join such an impact and values driven organisation and look forward to working with the Board, staff and wider community to create positive change in our region.”
Daleene Kroger, Chairperson of the Give Where You Live Foundation said the Board and staff are excited to welcome Zac to the team.
